Our woman of the month for March is feminist icon and women's rights activist and journalist Gloria Steinem. Born on March 25, 1935, she is the founding editor of Ms. Magazine and helped found National Women's Political Caucus, the Women's Action Alliance, the Coalition of Labor Union Women, Choice USA, and the Women's Media Center.
